My job as an admin would be to make sure the server has no hackers or people ruining the game.​

What is the appropriate action needed for a mic/chat spammer?:

The appropriate action is to warn them and if they continue, Mute/Gag for 5-10 minutes possibly more, After the gag if they continue kick them from the server, Possibly followed by a temporary ban if needed.​

If you hear news there is a hacker, what actions would you take
I would check if the player has been banned before, go into Admin chat and warn the player, if continues mute/kick warn again following another mute/kick. if continued, Temp ban 10 minuts- 1 hour, etc.
