Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

I had warned this player in the past a few times about his mouth and disrespecting others plus spamming chat. I was asked to join gungame due to various complaints of lag. I was in spectate when suddenly this player had started spamming chat again while being disrespectful. We don't need players like this in the server so instead of perm silence I just issued a ban.

Figured if he comes to the forums we can address the issue to the player that we won't tolerate that behavior any longer.
