I'm not sure if many play any Sony Online games but Daybreak games have bought SOE out. They now own Everquest 2, H1Z1, among more popular MMO's. This post is to warn you to not purchase anything through this company now alongs as you don't care about wasting your money.

Anyways, recently with them taking over I was asked to come back to Everquest 2 to play once again as in the past I've played EQ2 for around 7 years. I had preordered the new expansion plus I did a subscription. Total cost being $52.09.
I logged into the game and started playing and noticed something wrong with my characters. I checked there Skill tree (AA tree) to find out that they were all bugged. So I put in a support ticket to daybreak games. After 7 days of no response or reply to the ticket I went to there facebook page and tried contacting them through there and they replied to just be patient. When it was SOE they would of gotten back to my ticket within the same day if not even hours from the post. So I waited and it's now been 2 weeks that I haven't been able to play due to the bug, and also was a waste of the subscription. I put in another ticket asking for a refund and they IMMEDIATELY of course replied to that one saying they do not give ANY refunds for ANY GIVEN reason. Therefore i'm out of $50.00.

So again I went to there facebook page and posted I wanted my money back or for them to fix my problem ASAP or they weren't keeping me as a customer. MY exact words^ and they blocked me from there facebook page and removed my post.

You can check there facebook page, over 50 comments negatively putting down there customer support and or saying there plain shit. Also a few threatening to get a lawyer involved due to the fact they basically took there money and ignoring there tickets for support.

Thanks for the warning. Good looking out! Definitely not getting this if this is how they handle their customers.
