Custom Profile Background

I got the Custom Profile Background thing a while ago, don't know if I am just looking for it in the wrong place or not, but I can't seem to find it, or if it's not working. I did find where to upload a picture and I did, or is it just not visible to me?

 

Make sure it isn't too large of a file or maybe too small; I can't recall exactly but I think I had an issue with the background when I applied it but after I refreshed or came back later it was up.

 

What are the size perimeters?

 

I'm unsure of what they are or if they even do have requirements

 

That's strange, now I can't even find the change profile background setting.

It gave me the option again, and it still has the profile cover I had before.

 

Go to your profile home and see if there is a blank spot where the cover would go

 

I don't see any obvious blank spots, but I don't know where the it is supposed to go.
