    It has been said in the past that the teleport to the lower level has been allowed to be blocked, this is 100% against the MOTD and is not allowed.

    Any questions, please ask an admin

    Below is the teleport in question.

    Inventory:

    To elaborate alittle bit the props can't be in the teleport landing location which would be the water. However, you can pile the props outside the landing location (water).
