What do you expect your job to be as an admin?:

I want to make sure servers stay clear and no cheaters, hackers, exploiters, etc. ruin the fun of others on the server.​

What is the appropriate action needed for a mic/chat spammer?:

1. Warn them first
2. If they continue, 5-10 min. mute/gag
3. After the mute/gag, if they continue, kick from server.
4. Temporary Ban if necessary afterward.​

If you hear news there is a hacker, what actions would you take?:

Make sure to keep a lookout from him and warn others about his whereabouts and rumors surrounding the hacker.​

Just to make a little side note on the application, anyone breaking voice/chat rules do not get kicked or banned. If they continue to break voice/chat rules after their warning and first mute/gag, they get a longer mute/gag. If even after a third mute/gag (1 day or so) id request a perm mute/gag.
@Woody i havent had any time (or time i remember... Sorry lol) with this individual but i havent had any reports from anyone about them nor have i seen any admins warning them. Id say give them a chance

 

He also had much better, correct answers than some other apps too so id assume they actually read the admin protocols haha

 

I do have to throw my two cents in here, he is a great guy, however, he did have to ask me if crouch areas were allowed to be blocked a few days ago, he's very friendly and I think eventually would be a good admin, I would just want to make sure he knows what hes doing
