Hi, I am here to report someone on the TF2 2Fort server by the name of CAP21. I saw people in chat saying he was hacking, so being me, I spectated him. He always knew where someone was going, and his screen shook like he was having a seizure each time he shot. Yet, he still sucks. Funny.
