As Woody stated basically along as they are not causing issues far as disrespecting other players in inappropriate ways or causing a disturbance in the server game play I'd just let it be. If people start complaining then i'd suggest is when you should step in.

 

That player exhibited the same behavior earlier in the evening while I was on. I asked him multiple times to not insult other players and to not direct obscenities at other players. His response to me was "Yes, mother" or something like that. He also used Spectator mode to give information to his team about sentry placements and the makeup of the enemy team. I eventually decided to give him a session gag. He kept playing for a while after.

 

okay, he is now disturbing game play if he continues to go spectate to ghost i'd suggest giving him a temp ban. If he continues as well with the obscene language and disrespect just throw a perm gag/mute if you feel it is needed.
