warning /temp mic -mute ban/ extending bans if nor responding​

If you hear news there is a hacker, what actions would you take?:

I would go to spectate to see for myself get other verification if another admin is on verbal warning/ stern warnings/ then short temp kick/ I always would want to leave violator with certain that it wont be tolerated but know that they can come back if they behave most players are very young and should be given other opportunities its all about having fun and to be fair .​
