Lost credits and all store bought items

    So i haven't played in couple of weeks.. going on a month... Well anyways I just recently had some free time to play and I joined the server to find that ALL of my credits were gone, and EVERYTHING that i had bought in the store is also gone.

    This is devastating for me because since joining the server only a few months ago I have been grinding away trying to get the items that I wanted, and catch up to others in the server. Well, after 3-4 months of playing nearly EVERY day for HOURS on end(I was top 5 in stats.. I ACTUALLY played those hours) I had more or less collected all of the items/perks that I wanted. (with the exception of a few) Yay! i got everything i wanted i can finally rest a while and not worry about grinding hours away...... then I login to find out i've been reset to square one....

    Its a really devastating feeling finding out all of those hours you put in were for nothing. Everything that you worked so hard to get is gone... You have to start over JUST when you've reached your goal in the first place

    I was told this happened to other people as well, and it seems that everyone has gotten their stuff back.... I would really really really appreciate it if someone with the credentials could look into this and see about getting my stuff back...I literally can tell you everything that i purchased from the store, and pretty much know exactly what i had for credits (give or take a few hundred)

    I put a LOT of hours into this server and was told to post my issue on the forum so one of the upper admins / owners / managers could help me out with my items.

    Our database was lost and we had to revert back to an older backup.

    You should of had all your items back. I'll look into that today.

    Yup, I was also told this by other admins, in which case everyone said to either talk to you, or post it on the forums. Weeelllll.....luckily you're here and I get to kill two birds with one stone..

    So yea, all my things, AND all of my credits are gone (In the mean time I since have had someone lend me some credits, which remains in my account at the time)

    If you need, I can tell you all of the items I owned

    We have logs of everything you purchased so I can give you those items back.

    Sadly we didn't keep track of each players credit amount, so we cannot restore those.

    However, if you ever donated for credits we can restore those.

    Man please...I literally have admins, and other players that cat vouche for me and testify to the amount of credits I had.... I had been saving up trying to get the colored ring shots... I had everything else I wanted, and that was my next purchase.... I had just over 6k in credits.

    But please man, im literally begging you to to restore my credits..... I'm relatively new to this server and I have been grinding my ass off trying to get the items I wanted, and I will be pretty bummed out if I lose my credits. 6k may not be a lot of credits to you guys.... but 6k was a hella lot to me.

    I can honestly have people testify and vouche for me and the amount of credits I had. Some of them admins.... I'm not trying to bullshit anyone and get any freebies... I just want the stuff I had before the server died. Im really hoping we can work something out.. thanks in advance



    OH and quick question.... Did you keep logs of credits that have been donated to and from players?

    Alright well, the sooner you can restore them the better. I would be greatly appreciative as i've already been waiting at least month if not more, its been over a week since i posted this thread also.

    Sorry for the delay. This is everything you purchased and I just reinstated it all.

    You will need to manually turn all this back on.
