How do Raffles work?

    I'm confused how the raffles work.

    Do you just register and enter and that's it? or you need to go on a specific server to get prize like dm crackhouse?

    I'm also confused because it says

    "You already have the maximum entries allowed for this raffle."

    The raffle doesn't start yet though. Is that an error? Or you are automatically entered?
