Hey - I was banned for an Hour, just thought I should voice why.

Vocalizing that I didn't agree with a admin's opinion.

Do you know why there exists the vote mute option? Well, the reason I believed y'all implemented it was votemute/kick/ban system was so that players could have the ability to do it themselves.

So, someone plays some mic-spam (music) on one of the servers, and everyone is actually enjoying it. So another player starts with his too and then another. Its all in good fun and not to annoy. Of course, a mod comes in, mutes them all. Two people ask for unmutes, mod refuses to. Eventually, he does unmute me and the original micspammer, Mil.

Sure, how the first guy reacted after getting unmuted was to continue mic spam, but I simply laughed at the mod when he banned the other guy. The way the mod (don't know his name, not important enough to remember) behaved however unacceptable.

There is no such thing as black and white here folks; not everyone who starts playing music over the microphone is aimed at trolling. Aside from that, some people enjoy it, and those that don't have a mute option and a vote ability for global muting. Gamers are going to have fun, and limiting how they do makes the game less fun for all.

Aside from that, the moderator who handled the issue was not a "mature" admin you were looking for. No vocal warnings, no reading the intent, just an insta mute. A good moderator is suppose to remain neutral and assess the situation before blindly running into something. Even if something violates the rules, that should be considered. Was anyone annoyed, was the intent malicious, was anything gained after the judgement was passed? No no no.

You can unban Mil if you want (didn't know him before, not going to send him a friendrequest after). You can also unban me or lengthen it indefinitely. Either way, I probably won't be revisiting your servers for a while. If this is the kind of administration conduct yall allow, its obviously not a place for gamers who just want to have fun.
