Help with recruitment poster

    Hello guys, I want to make a recruitment poster to post at my local university.
    The university has a game developer program so, we can try to get some more people in our community.
    Can we get some ideas going?

    Keep in mind that these are just crude sketch-ups i made with a photoshop app. If we choose to do something like this, it would probably look a lot better.
