monitering the servers and keep the server from going crazy​

What is the appropriate action needed for a mic/chat spammer?:

warn him as an admin message to stop if he keeps spamming ether vote gag or gag him​

If you hear news there is a hacker, what actions would you take?:

i gather evidence and see if he an hacker even when the whole server says hes one, if he is a hacker i report woody​

 

one problem is that i have a bad mic so please tell me if i can't be admin due to that and i sqeak
