   here is what i see just 5mins before it kicks me from server
   
   access error crotch_walk shoot_elite no reply
   error walk_shoot mac10 no reply
   error walk_shoot ak no reply
   
   and then it kicks me

   You don't have any custom gun skins do you?
   
   What does it say when it kicks you? or does it just crash your CS:S?

   nope on the skins
   
   and it say when it disconnects -you had too many no replys please try to reconnect to server
