Command FF. Possible Fix.

You may have heard of this, you may have not. Basically on all sourcemod server (Including Vigilante Gamers) By typing "FF" in the chat, a message pops up saying "[SM] Friendly Fire is Disabled" of course, VG has a plugin which prevents spam, and if you do this the entire server will know who is trolling. But there is another way.. By binding a key, you can constantly type "FF" in the console and nobody will know who is doing it! I tried is once (Please don't ban me, it was an experiment) and it really spams the chat to the point where you cannot see what anyone is typing. A possible fix for this is by modding a plugin, so that when a user types "FF" in the chat or console it bans them, of course it should ban them on the third time of them doing it, because it could be an accident, you never know. Hopefully this suggestion helps you improve the servers as I love them, and don't want anyone spamming "FF" as it really ruins the chat, and don't end up like this guy;
