I expect my job to be is to keep the server running and make sure no one is fighting.​

What is the appropriate action needed for a mic/chat spammer?:

Give them a warning to be muted and if they continue mute them.​

If you hear news there is a hacker, what actions would you take?:

Spectate them to see if they are hacking, Gather information and if I confirm they are hacking continue to gather information and submit information to a higher up staff member, use appropriate punishment.​
