Link to your ban, mute, or gag:
Detailed reason why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
The ban states that I was wall hacking. However, I do not use hacks. I have posted demos below.

    http://speedy.sh/WDhFP/lucy1.dem
    http://speedy.sh/wvWp6/lucy2.dem

If you watch them, you'll notice that the only times I can see players "through the walls" are when I re-spawn due to the TF2 update:

In addition, if you watch the entire demo, you'll notice that I have "net_graph2" enabled. (You can also enable it since will disappear if I look at the scoreboard) My connection sometimes gets unstable or will have a ping spike. Occasionally, my screen will freeze/stutter for a few seconds. (e.g. Go to tick 22600 on lucy1.dem).

You have 225 hours on tf2 and new steam account. I have rewatched the demo and I will still state that you're most likely walling. With that said your ban will not be reversed.

I just saw the thread and watched the demo supplied by Cubbix. That is a pretty normal life for me when I play on orange and there are no snipers playing aggressively on the opposite team. Have you seen main snipers, on the front page ranking of this orange server, play (e.g. SnipeASaurus Rex, Fallen Lord #hs, prophet snowb,|NwA| VJ -AA-, //qvantvms)?

In response to it, I was not aware that people were accusing me of hacking. (Voice chat is not enabled so I do not hear anyone.) The demo is only 2 minutes long. In regards to hitting "fishy shots" or "suddenly missing everything," I think the demos I have provided should be enough to tell you how I aim ---I am not new to FPS nor TF2.

The reason I changed to soldier/demo was because the opposite team was being pushed to their spawn and it was boring after some of the snipers left. I did not change because I thought people were spectating me. I actually do not know anyone who is admin and was under the impression people tag "VG" when they are associated with the group.

I can tell where you would suspect that I have walls. The map is very big and open. Here is a detailed explanation of how I played in that demo:

0:00-0:20 - I missed the shot on the sniper and noticed the demo jumping. I choose to follow him because I knew he would kill me if I ignored him. He dies to fall damage. I choose to aim for the two soldiers which are visibly on my screen. Why? On the left side, I spotted a heavy but he had his gloves. CBF trying to get a kill when he walks slow anyways. I am hiding on the left side and only one soldier aimed at me. They were distracted, which means no incoming rockets to me. Then, I was killed by a heavy. From the noise, it is obvious that he was on top of the tower. You can also see the shots coming from the top left of the screen also. Unfortunately, it took me longer to register that I was getting hit. Once I respawn, you can see I stop to aim for the tower. This is because the heavy killed me and if he was still peaking there, he can't get me from my spawn.
0:20-0:25 - This is a very common pre-scope spot. In addition, if you watch it closely, you can see a visible red player on the right side. If there are any snipers on the opposing side that moved up, I should be able to see their head from there. Thus, I scope and check if I can get a shot on anyone. This part here should be explanatory for anyone playing TF2 long enough --aim for anyone that you can see and the mini sentries are indicating where the enemies are for me.

0:25-0:35 - I killed a disguised spy. This guy has been doing this for a long time. A friendly sniper on the side of the wall and not trying to kill the opposing team? This should register as a spy. However, I did get paranoid at this point because I don't know if he died or had on DR.
0:35 -0:43 You see it again. I pre-scope that right corner again cause snipers love that spot. Here you see how I kind of play sniper. Peak each side: left (of tower), middle (doorway), right (of tower). In addition, around 0:37-0:38, you will see me looking back. This is because I did not know if the spy I had shot earlier was actually dead. Thus, I attempted to spy check but figured he wasn't a spy because he ignored me.
0:43-0:45 - Another spot I like to pre-scope. It shows the 4th capture point. If there are any snipers that like that spot, most of them get hung up on aiming at our spawn instead of the tower. Then I keep on scoping because there are also snipers who like to stay at the end of the wall.
0:45-0:50 - This should be very obvious that I do not have wall hacks on. If you watch this in thirdperson, you will notice that after my respawn (from being killed by heavy), Nova has been camping at the windows the entire time. However, I did not notice him. Why? He is using the jarate rifle (shots are much quieter) and doing full charge shots in order to get kills. He did not hit me during from 0:20-0:50. Thus, I did not even see him until I went into the tower and he came down to melee me. Why did I choose to scope and take a shot? I knew he hit me twice from the sounds I heard. If I choose to melee, I would have to rely on a random crit to kill him. So, I scope and took a shot. The unfortunate part was that he choose to come at me in a straight line and by the time my I am scoped, his entire character is blocking my scope (this means a shot guaranteed 99% of the time).
0:55-1:00 - This should also be another indicator that I do not have walls. I am using the dispenser and looking at my teammates. Then when I decided to resume, I did the same routine --check left.
1:00 - 1:10 - Again, same spy doing the same thing (hugging the wall). I also hear him uncloak clearly so I reacted to it. I did not choose to go for the heavy because he had his gloves out and an engi from my team was there.
1:10 - 1:15 - I choose not to scope. Again, it's the demo. I know he would take the chance to kill me if I ignore him. So, I back up and see if there is a better shot to take. I hesistate because a pyro is on the right side with a flare run. Thus, I jump and move around and rotate. (Rinse and repeat the whole choosing a part to peek.)
1:15-1:45 - No one to kill it seems. So I delay a few seconds before peeking again. This purely is done for timing. Pyro is charging forward so instead of taking another shot I back up. Now, I peak into the middle because I saw a rocket and shadow. No one is visibly there so I change and peek left. This time, it took me a while to register that the spy was there. However, he was on the screen for a few seconds and once he got passed me, I realized he was not friendly. If you don't have your speakers loud enough you might not hear it. There is a distinct sound of the spy uncloacking and I hugged the corner to avoid him stabbing me.
1:45 - 2:00 - Here you see that I finally notice there is a sniper (Nova) at the tower. It didn't register as quickly until he kills the other sniper on my team. (You can hear the sniper make a noise cause he was killed). Thus, not I notice two things: 1 sniper in the windows and 1 sniper on the right (Both of them are visibly on my screen for at the very least one second). I wait for the sniper in the tower to peak. After a few seconds, it registers that he has the jarate rifle. Thus, I know he is charging his shot. Instead, I peak to the right to get the other sniper who may be waiting for me to peak. I get killed by Nova.
2:00 - end - At this point, it registers to me that this guy likes to play on the tower because he attacked me each time there. I peak the top part first in case he moved positions. Nothing. Notice I don't peak as bravely and wait to see if someone is playing on the windows. There are many reasons to assume the sniper was there: he killed me <5 seconds ago, the sniper at the spawn stairs took a shot (I know this spot and what you can see from there), and then I see his shoulder as I wait for a shot. What does a sniper like to do on the windows? Play with the two windows.

TLDR; Learn the map, react to sounds, and remember player habits. In a simple map like orange, you can go far with it.
