Detailed reason why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I was banned because of accusations that i was wall hacking, if you watch the demo that was posted, you could see that there were no wall hacks involved, i was merely messing around constantly shooting and acting like i knew where someone was which was a correct guess maybe 25% of the time. I have a new id because i just bought the game again after i took a very long 6+ years off which the old id got lost during that time. It's really rare to even see a 5,6,or even a 7 dig in the game anymore. The skill level i displayed shows that i'm not new to Cs:s, in the past i played on cal league teams and played scoutzknivez a lot, when i bought the game around 2 months ago and started playing again i didn't lose all my skill, just about 75%, slowly trying to climb up to where i used to be. So if you look at the demo it just looks like a guy messing around shooting randomly trying to get a shot, hopefully you can see that, would like to keep playing on that server which i have accumulated around 6,100 points, thank you for your time. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. In the future don't act like you are walling on purpose as this will just gain you to get banned again and there won't be another reversal.

If he is going to troll and fake it that is his own fault if he gets banned a second time hence the reason why I won't be the one to reverse it.
