   i play in turbine a lot and i notice once in awhile people move around like statues.they are stiff. whats up with this

   Sounds like the civilian glitch. It sometimes happens when someone is doing the conga taunt and the animation doesn't show; there are other causes as well. It's a glitch with TF2 in general, not with our servers in particular.
